QualityQUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
1.Sourcing of Raw Materials
Yarns are purchased only from reputed spinning mills or their authorized agents
2.Sourcing of Elastic yarn used in the welt of the socks
Only Malaysian rubber yarn or Lycra? is used
3.Checking Knitting Parameters
?XMachine operators check the size of one sock after every fifteen minutes by putting it onto a frame of the required size.
?XMachine operators are required to turn every single sock inside out and, while doing this, check the knitting quality of each sock
4.Toe Linking
All socks are linked either on ROSSO? linking or Hand Linking machines using doubled nylon filament yarn.
5.Defect checking
All socks are manually checked after linking for knitting and linking defects.
6.Quality checking during Pressing (Boarding)
The socks are boarded on Hot Legs or on Steam Boarding machine. In the course of such boarding, the socks are stretched out on a boarding frame:
?XPressing operators check each sock for pin holes and minor design defects that may have escaped checking at the Knitting and Checking stages
?XPressing operators check the foot size of each sock, as the boarding frames are made to specific foot size
7.Quality checking during Packing
The socks are packed by hand; therefore final checking of each sock is done at the time of packing
8.Guarantee
We guarantee the socks manufactured by us to be free from any manufacturing defects. Free replacement of socks shall be made for any sock with a manufacturing defect.
