Established in the year 1978, at New Delhi, we S B Crown Caps, are engaged in manufacturing crown corks with fully automatic & latest plant from Sacmi, Italy. Our range includes dry blend double ring crown corks, closure crown corks, beer bottle caps, soft drink bottle caps, puff lined crown caps.

These are carried out by our well developed quality checking unit, which helps us to conduct inspections of our range from the first stage to final stage of production. Each and every crown passes through stringent quality control tests, which pulls rejected crowns out of the line. Moreover, we also have a laboratory to check the quality of our products, which is equipped with the following modern testing machines:
- Secure seal tester, used for checking of leak pressure in filled glass bottles
- Pasteurization test, for checking of crown corks on filled bottles after pasteurization
- Weighing scale (Dhona) used for checking of crown weight of liner and film weight of
coatings with accuracy up to 0.0001 gm
- Hardness tester to test hardness of ETP and TFS sheets.
