Established in 1974, SBEM Private Limited is one of the prominent manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Level Measurement and Tank Gauging Products. These cater to extensive applications in industries like power, water, steel, cement, sugar and oil-gas-refineries. We also offer customization in our range and further we also manufacture Underground Tank Gauging system (UTGS) for retail outlets and forecourts. Our products are fabricated using high quality material procured from various sources and imports.

At the final stage, the products are checked by our quality experts and then safely packed with quality packaging material that protects it from any damage during the transit. Further, it is made sure that the products are safely loaded and unloaded and no damage occurs while delivering them.

We are backed by a well developed manufacturing unit spreading in a huge area of 1500 Sq. Mtr. at two places. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with the latest machines that helps us in ensuring bulk production within the stipulated time frame. We use the total sanctioned power of 65HP (50+15 HP) and also have a back up power (Generator) of 45 + 15 kW. The machines installed at our unit comprises the following:

• Welding machines
• Grinding machines
• Drilling machines
• Lathe machines

These machines are routinely checked and monitored for their efficient functioning, which speeds up the production process. Our in-house designing unit with CAD / CAM facility assists us in carrying out our production process easily and with the necessary effect. Further, our separate storage unit enables proper handling and storage of our range in order to provide an incomparable range at client's end.

We have a spacious warehouse to store our products in huge quantities and our modern warehousing facilities ensure that all the products are properly packed to meet the requirements of our clients for small as well as urgent bulk orders. The unit is well segregated into different departments in order to keep proper track of our range. We also ensure that the inventory system is updated by our warehouse professionals so that the bulk consignments can be exported within the calculated time range.

We make sure that we use high quality packaging material including wooden boxes and corrugated sheets for the packaging activity so as to assure the safety of the products during the transit. Further, the unit is managed by our highly trained warehouse staff who makes sure that the range is kept in perfect storing conditions in order to avoid any discrepancy at client's end.
