Breather Valves-Flame Arrestors-Strainers

Breather valve is designed to prevent vapour losses by evaporation in storage containing volatile liquid & to prevent over pressure or vacuum in a tank under most servers operating or emergency condition. During the vacuum these breather air/gas inside the vessel & to protect external pressure.

These breather valve, are also very sensitive to thermal in & thermal out breathing of the vessel. In the blanketing system installed on the vessel storing petroleum products or other chemicals generates fumes, breather valve play very important role in the total system, because the main valve con deliver nitrogen at the time of ejection, but in case of over pressure or in case of absence of nitrogen sources there is no protection to the vessel, therefore breather valves also equally important part of the blanketing system which release extra pressure or breaks the vacuum.

Flame Arrestors Strainers

The Flame Arrestors Strainers are extensively used for automatic venting and for conservation of losses due to evaporation. Breather valves minimizes the risk of fire, explosion and collapsing of tank by relieving automatically the dangerous pressure and vacuum occurring in the tank due to any reason.
