Pressure capability increases the versatility of other vessels by allowing process parameters within the design pressure of the unit, and provide for a wider range of operational possibilities. Units are normally designed to ASME. or other appropriate standards and can be tested and certified.

Kettles with hemispherical bottom design are required for many process including food and food like products, inherently the cleaning evacuation and mixing are simplified by the design. Special features such as tilting body , agitator lift / tilt units make the design versitile and functional.

We offer this screw conveyor in open or cylindrical casing and depends on length with or without centered bearing. Its transporting element is revolving screw with back welded flights. The screw has a fixed gradient. The spiral of the screw is shaped according to the material properties and required task. It can be continuous or segmented. Depending on the layout, material can be fed in any position and equally let out. It is commonly used for powder, granular and trickling material in the steel, chemical, food and oil industry.

Our heat exchangers are commonly used in a variety of industrial, chemicals and electronics processes to transfer energy and provide required heating or cooling. Our fluid heat transfer systems circulate thermal fluid through process equipment to maintain an even, consistent temperature profile. Our heat exchangers come in a large variety of sizes.

It consists of a bundle of parallel tubes that provide the heat transfer surface separating the two fluid streams. The tube side fluid passes axially through the inside of the tubes.

The shell side fluid passes over the outside of the tubes. Baffles external and perpendicular to the tubes direct the flow across the tubes and provide tube support. Tube sheets seal the ends of the tubes, ensuring separation of the two streams.

Scrubber is also a most important device to control of gaseous smoke pollutants from stack (i.e. carbon, sulphur, nitrogen, halogen components etc.)The principle mechanism is suitable to collect hot heavy and fine which is not soluble in water.

Our dust collectors include cyclone type dust collector which is a type of mechanical SPM/DUST collector where dust is separated due to centrifugal force and by movement of inertia. Robust in design and superior in performance, it perfectly meets the industrial needs.

Filtration is one of the most reliable and efficient method by which particular matter can be removed from gases. Here the dust laden air passes through a fabric media and accordingly dust is eliminated from air stream and final relative clean air is let free into the atmosphere.

Our damper is also used as a air control device. We are also dealing in various type of damper for controlling the air pressure .

S. Bose's water evaporative type cooling system is one of the most reliable & efficient by which the atmosphere gets cool & pumped into the department through GI duct & grills. Due to negative pressure created by the fan the atmospheric air enter through the pre-filter into the cooling media (spray type / pad type). Where the air gets cool near to wet bulb temperature of water by adiabatic. Further the cool air is pumped into the department through GI duct & double deflection Grill with volume control damper.
