32 Channel Universal Input Data Logger-Uniscan3200  :-We are manufacturer of Uniscan 3200 which is a 32 Channel Universal Input Data logger and scanner which is incorporated with the type of input for each channel that is programmable through keyboard. This unit is user programmable in either minutes or seconds and can be multi dropped on RS 485 bus. Data logging in the unit is either continuous type or batch wise with manual start / stop and can be batch wise printed or transferred to PC in Excel file format. Its is supplemented with a memory capacity of 1700 readings per channel in case of 32channel logger or 5400 readings in case of 8channel logger. MODBUS RTU protocol for serial communication is provided for SCADA application.

Sixteen Channel Data logger-Falcon1600DL :- Our range of Falcon 1600 DL is a highly versatile and economical data logger having analog inputs with RS232 port for communication. This 16 channel data logger can be used as standalone logger or can be connected to SCADA. Incorporated with high logging memory, this unit is capable to record data of several days and can transfer that data to PC through RS232 port in Excel file format. It has a memory capacity of 13150 readings per channel in case of 16channel logger and 35700 readings in case of 4 channel logger and can have double memory capacity on an optional basis. The unit has seven segment LED display for displaying process value, thus providing local indication to the operator. The printout of the recorded data can be taken online at a settable print interval or manually you can take printout of all data which is recorded at settable logging interval.
 
The Falcon1600DL range holds the following distinct features:

Single Channel Data logger-DLC001M :- We manufacture DLC001M single data channel data logger that is intended to be used for indication, recording and control application. The RED LED 7 segment display of the unit makes it visible from long distance and 4 ½ digit resolution gives accuracy as high as ± 0.03 % ± 1 LSD. Having a high data recording capacity of up to 12800 readings, our DLC001M range is equivalent to 44 days record at 5minute interval. It is provided with serial port RS 485 / R232 for downloading data to PC or for online communication with MODBUS RTU protocol that facilitates to connect the unit on any standard SCADA. The unit can be optionally supported with one/ two relays operating on separate set points and hysteresis and is settable for 4-20mA retransmission output for remote display or PLC.

Flow Indicator/ Totalizer Cum Data logger

Flow Indicator/ Totaliser cum Data logger-FIT393M :-We manufacture and supply a technically advanced range of flow indicator or totaliser cum data logger in the model FIT 393 M, that is a panel mounted instrument with multi-functionality. Performing the functions of flow rate indication, flow totalising, batch counter and alarm for instantaneous flow, the transmitter can be DPT with orifice assembly, Rota meter, Magnetic Flow meter and the like. The unit incorporates two relays, from which one can be used for alarm for instantaneous flow and one for batch counter or both for alarm. On each set point one contact output is given, which can be used for control or hooter applications. The batch count can be set in the unit and when flow total equals preset count, system gives a contact output. It can be used for control operations like dosing and stoppage. FIT 393 M also provides linear 4 - 20 mA retransmission signal for other panel mounted instruments like recorders, controllers and many more. The recorded data can be transferred to PC or hard copy can be taken on dot matrix printer. The flow rate and totaliser range can be configured as required at site by the client.

Mass Flow Computer-MFM393M :- We manufacture mass flow computer model MFM-393 that is micro-controller based arithmetical computation unit mostly used in mass flow applications. The unit incorporates two relays, from which one can be used for alarm for instantaneous flow and one for batch counter or both for alarm. On each set point one contact output is given, which can be used for control or hooter applications. It also provides linear 4 - 20 mA retransmission signal corresponding to Calculated Mass Flow Rate for other panel mounted instruments like recorders and controllers. The batch counting can be set and when flow total equals preset count, the system gives a contact output which can be used for control operations like dosing and stoppage to name a few.

Sixteen Channel Process Scanner- Falcon1600 :- We are manufacturer of  highly versatile and economical module of Falcon 1600 that has analog inputs with RS485 port for online communication. This can be used along with PLC's for reducing the project cost substantially. The unit has seven segment LED display for displaying process value, thereby providing local indication to the operator. Digital Input / Output Module-DIDO24 :-We manufacture and supply our clients with a comprehensive range of digital input / output modules that can be availed in various models like Falcon800DI, Falcon800DO, Falcon1600DI and Falcon DIDO24. The digital input/ output modules are blind units with that are used in SCADA applications and as slave modules with PLC. These modules can be used for sensing level switches, proximity switches, door switches, alarm/ trip conditions in panel, pump/ motor status and equipment status to name a few. Digital Output modules are optically isolated open collector outputs to drive external Relay module that can be used to perform supervisory control actions like giving alarms, operating valves, switching ON/OFF pumps/ motors and many more. Digital Process Controller-DPC965M/ DPC412 :- We manufacture digital process controllers in the models DPC 965M / 412 to our clients that is intended to be used for indication and control application. The DPC 412 model is provided with a selection facility for four predefined engineering units. The unit incorporates two/ four relay operating on separate set points and that sets the hysteresis.

Analog/ Digital Serial Converter

We  are manufacturer of highly versatile range of converters that are normally used for interfacing of serial communication between SCADA/DCS, field devices like PLC, controllers, smart transmitters etc. Typically, it makes use of RS485 for a cable distance up to 1.2KM and if the signal has to be further carried then our repeaters can be used. The digital converters provided by us are one of the most widely used products in industry and are offered in three types:
 
Analog to Serial: It is used for converting 4-20mA to RS485/ RS232 with MODBUS RTU protocol. Provided with Baud rate and deice ID selectable by DIP switch, this DIN rail mounted unit is used on 24VDC sensor excitation supply.
 
Serial to Serial: It is used for converting RS485 to RS232 and vice versa, RS485 to RS485 repeater and RS232 to RS232 repeater. It provides optical isolation between two ports thus protecting devices connected on both sides. It is used on the supply voltage AC or DC.
 
Serial to Ethernet: It is used for converting RS485/ RS232 to ethernet and vice versa.

Our signal isolator and transmitter model PC-ISO is a highly reliable, accurate input/output isolator with fully flexible design approach. It accepts a wide range of inputs and provides output in form of DC current or voltage in any specified range. The rugged electronics of PC-ISO isolator provides galvanic and optical isolation of 1.5kV which is 3 to 4 times higher than conventional isolators. The isolation is provided between input and output and between output to output in case of multiple output isolators. Available with a transmitter power supply of 24VDC, 30mA it is also provided with loop powered isolator which extracts power from loop and provides isolated 4-20mA signal which is ideal to save wiring cost.
