Flow Indicator/ Totaliser -FIT :-It is a panel mounted instrument for flow rate indication, flow totalising, batch counter and alarm for instantaneous flow.
The transmitter can be DPT with orifice assembly, Rota meter, Magnetic Flow meter and the like having 4-20 mA output.
The unit incorporates two relays, either for alarm for instantaneous flow or for batch counter or both for alarm.
Retransmission link output of 4 - 20 mA signal for external indicators is also available.

Data logging is also available to record Flow rate & totaliser value at set interval. This data can be transferred tp PC on RS232 serial port.

DLP 200 - Data Logger

DLP - 200 is a sturdy and compact data logger for Flow rate, Totaliser and line pressure. It accepts mA signal proportional to flow rate from flow transmitter and line pressure from pressure transmitter.

DLP - 200 provides 4 and 1/2 digit resolution for flow rate and pressure. Flow totalizer is 8 digit. All these parameters are displayed on 16x2 backlight LCD.

Logging Interval is programmable from 1 second to 240 minutes from front keypad. Data logging capacity of unit is

36500 readings per parameter viz. Flow rate, flow totalizer and line pressure. This is equivalent to @253 days data recorded at 10 minutes interval.

Data downloading is provided on USB pen-drive. This feature eliminates hassles of connecting logger to computer and running software. It provides easy data portability and becomes a very handy tool when logger is mounted remotely.

DLP - 200 has RS485 port with MODBUS RTU protocol.. With this feature the user can monitor the data remotely to get instantaneous status of flow parameters.

DLP - 200 has a special IP65 grade weather proof enclosure, thus making it suitable for outdoor application.
