Digital Input / Output Module-DIDO24 :-We manufacture and supply our clients with a comprehensive range of digital input / output modules that can be availed in various models like Falcon800DI, Falcon800DO, Falcon1600DI and Falcon DIDO24. The digital input/ output modules are blind units with that are used in SCADA applications and as slave modules with PLC. These modules can be used for sensing level switches, proximity switches, door switches, alarm/ trip conditions in panel, pump/ motor status and equipment status to name a few. Digital Output modules are optically isolated open collector outputs to drive external Relay module that can be used to perform supervisory control actions like giving alarms, operating valves, switching ON/OFF pumps/ motors and many more. There are 4 LED indications for System OK, power and serial communication status which helps in correct diagnostics of the operation.
 
The unit is capacitated with distinguishing features such as:

Mass Flow Computer-MFM393M :- We manufacture mass flow computer model MFM-393 that is micro-controller based arithmetical computation unit mostly used in mass flow applications. The unit incorporates two relays, from which one can be used for alarm for instantaneous flow and one for batch counter or both for alarm. On each set point one contact output is given, which can be used for control or hooter applications. It also provides linear 4 - 20 mA retransmission signal corresponding to Calculated Mass Flow Rate for other panel mounted instruments like recorders and controllers. The batch counting can be set and when flow total equals preset count, the system gives a contact output which can be used for control operations like dosing and stoppage to name a few.
 
Possessing the below mentioned features, this model of mass flow computer can be configured per the client’s requirements at the site:

  • Dual functionality Mass flow rate indication / 8 digit flow totalizing and Batch Counter mode
  • User configurable Mass Flow rate range

Sixteen Channel Process Scanner- Falcon1600 :- We are manufacturer of  highly versatile and economical module of Falcon 1600 that has analog inputs with RS485 port for online communication. This can be used along with PLC's for reducing the project cost substantially. The unit has seven segment LED display for displaying process value, thereby providing local indication to the operator. The control outputs are the TTL signals which are to be used with external relay module for control, the status for which is indicated on front LED.
 
The sixteen channel process scanner - Falcon1600 provided by us holds the following characteristics:
  • Micro-controller based system
  • Accepts Analog input mA / RTD / Volt / Thermocouple (PT100, 3 wire) in steps of 4 channels

Digital Process Controller-DPC965M/ DPC412 :- We manufacture digital process controllers in the models DPC 965M / 412 to our clients that is intended to be used for indication and control application. The DPC 412 model is provided with a selection facility for four predefined engineering units. The unit incorporates two/ four relay operating on separate set points and that sets the hysteresis.
 
Following are the salient features of digital process controller:
 
  • Micro-controller based system
  • 4 ½ Digit, 1 inch (DPC412) or ½ inch (DPC965M) display with accuracy as high as ± 0.03 % ± 1
  • One inch 7 segment RED LED that makes clear view from long distance
  • Signal Re-transmission

Falcon - Multi Channel Process Scanner

Falcon 444 is a compact and versatile indicating unit.

It has four Analog inputs of 4-20mA which is industry standard. These inputs are keyboard scalable to their corresponding engineering units.

It has facility of connecting four Digital inputs either from potential free contacts from sensors like proximity switch, limit switch etc. There is also facility of Four Digital outputs which can be connected to external relay card. These outputs can be operated from remote computer.

 

Apart from this, there are two soft channels, i.e these channel values are

programmable from remote computer and are displayed on the unit as channel five & six respectively.

Falcon 444 is a ideal instrument to be used along with small automation

or machines as a local indicator- cum controller- cum- SCADA I/O module.

This unit can be customized for OEM applications.
