Laser Marking Machine

Scantech’s Pro Mark G1 is a unit designed around a 50W Nd-YAG solid state laser. Using high speed mirror movements in X & Y planes, it is possible to steer the light beam from such a laser on any flat surface to draw, mark or even cut material.

With full CNC control of Galvo scanner & PC based software, it can virtually “print”/mark/engrave almost anything, on 2D field, which can be seen on a monochrome display of the P.C.

LW Mark F1 Laser Marking Machines

We offer LW Mark F1 laser marking machines that are used for laser marking on all types of metal and non metal materials. These machines are manufactured using quality material like fiber and deliver a high power laser beam directly to the work piece through a flexible metal-sheathed single mode fiber cable. In these machines, the lasers hold the capability to provide a wide options of pulse durations, repetition rates and peak powers. These machines are also provided with scanners, which are used for laser beam scanning, thereby resulting high performance and digital & low maintenance. Apart this, our clients can also avail from us these machines in customized forms as per the client's requirements. 
The LW Mark F1 laser marking machines are maintenance-free and pulsed Ytterbium fiber laser.

Technical Specifications:  

We hold expertise in providing Capsule Marking Laser Systems, which are available with a vibratory feeder that provide the tablets into the disk hopper. In addition, these systems are also provided with a rotating disk which hold the capability to convey tablets from the hopper to laser drilling station. Our range of Capsule Marking Laser Systems are well known for its high performance, optimum quality and compact design. We also facilitate our clients by providing our range in customized forms as per their requirements.
