Intake and exhaust valves are offered from a wide range of materials, such as: EN24(BS817M40), EN52(BS401s45), 21-4N(BS349S52) etc. made by metal gathering upset forging process and Bimetallic valves are Friction welded. Various process like chrome flash on stem, Satellite on seat and tip area, Nitriding/Tuft-riding, are also offered. Focusing briefly upon our production unit, we have 10000 sq. Mtrs. Factory plant equipped with machines with the latest and advanced CNC technology. We have our own forging plant giving us wide range of Valve manufactured from 4 to 20 mm stem dia and 25 to 250 mm head dia and up to 500 mm length. We have a Research & Development Department, process control and 100% inspection of each and every product we produce.
