Valve Tappets

Available with us is an unmatched range of valve tappets or lifters for our clients. These are offered from chilled casting and forgings as the requirement arises. These tappets and products are designed and manufactured by using special purpose machines. These are imported from shufflers gmbh, germany, which proves it best on the basis of reliability and dimensional tolerance. Further, all our tappets are mirror cnc grinded that give the better edge to the lobes of the cam shaft.

Material and hardness

These tappets are made using chilled casting, forging of en-9 and 8620 material. The hardness given to all the tappets are above 58-60 that prevents the wear face wear out.

Crowning:

We give the crowning on the wear face of the tappet for 10 microns, which is just a dream for our competitors, who follow the crowning of 50 microns.

Machines:

Tappets are manufactured on special purpose machines imported from shufflers gmbh, germany, which gives us the best result in terms of reliability and dimensional tolerance. All of our tappets are mirror cnc grinded on the wear face which gives the better edge to the lobes of the cam shaft.

Applications:

we are engaged in selling tappets to the most famous racing teams of the world. We provide 100% authentication for the racing tappet and we are engaged in giving the hardness of 65 hrc on the lifters that flaunts durability. Further, these tappets are used for racing applications that have edm holes of 0. 32 that is used for the oil circulations. All the other applications are used for cars, trucks and tractor series.
