Today, Schmalz provides a complete range of vacuum products that include Vacuum Components, used primarily for pick and place, robotic end effectors, packaging / palletizing and assembly; Ergonomic Vacuum Lifting Systems, used primarily for material handling; and Vacuum Clamping Systems, used primarily to clamp wood, plastics, or glass on CNC machines. Our complete product line provides solutions to problems and meets requirements across a broad spectrum of industries, such as: Food and beverage processing, medical, appliance manufacturing, woodworking, metalworking, automotive, electronics, chemical, CD/DVD production, packaging, palletizing, plastic injection molding, glass handling, printing and more Through participation in these industries Schmalz has assembled a product line that is unparalleled by any other supplier of vacuum products in the world. From 2003, Schmalz India is also the manufacturing hub for the Suction pads used in CD/DVD Industry. We have more than 40 systems installed for handling various types of workpieces : Schmalz is well known in India for the past several years. Their presence is now further strengthened through this Indian Venture to market for the entire range of J. Schmalz GmbH products, and to provide total support for consumables, spares, and service locally. |
