We started with the manufacturing of capsules and dry powders in Schon pharmaceuticals under the able guidance of Mr. Anil Bhatia,a post graduate in pharmacy,in the year 1982 at Indore, in Madhya Pradesh. In view of increasing market demand for small volume injectable and capsules, we installed a bigger plant in 1998, with the name Schon Pharmaceuticals Limited,which later took over Schon Pharmaceuticals. Immediatly after that a second unit in the name of "Teblik Drugs Ltd." was launched for manufacture of tablets,Liquid orals & oinments. Two more technocrates namely Mr. S.P.Sharma,B.Pharm.& Mr. S.N.Rathore,M.Pharm also joined us in this new venture.Since March 2006 we have also taken services of Mr. Nand Motwani, B.Pharm, having an overall experience of more than 35 years in pharma production & sales.

We, maintain a completely clean and hygienic environment at our units. Our manufacturing units are established in a pollution and dust free zone that ensures supply of pharmaceutical medicines that are free from impurities.

We possess well equipped production units situated approximately 10 km. from the city and six km. from the airport,fitted with suitable equipment and machineries for efficiently carrying out various production & analyzing processes.

Team

We have a consolidated team of experienced technocrats chemists, quality experts & pharmaceutical professionals who have core knowledge and experience in the analysis and manufacturing of drugs. Well qualified and highly proficient, our professionals dedicatedly work towards providing clients with best possible products. Our team is also capable of handling large orders with great ease and flexibility.

The approved materials by our quality controllers are used in production in first in first out (FIFO) basis. We have prescribed provisions to carry various process checks. The results of checks are recorded in batch manufacturing records (BMR).

Inspection & Supervision Procedures:

All our production processes are carried out under inspection & supervision of a team of FDA approved technical staff. They also scrutinize each and every BMR and ensure that all the equipment used in the manufacturing processes are regularly cleaned, maintained as well as validated.

Final Checking:

Once the products are ready, a final checking of the products is again carried out as per the prescribed specifications prior to transfer to BSR.

Committed to Total Quality Management, we test the samples to conform our medicines compliance to the prescribed specifications. Our quality control laboratory possesses various instruments that are calibrated at regular intervals as per the SOPs and proper records are maintained for all calibrations. Sampling Process:

Sampling of the products is done by our quality experts as per the SOPs for drawing samples for various raw materials & formulated products Only when approved by the quality control department, our products are sent into the market.
