Founded in the year 1995 by Mr. Axel Schuette, Schutte Meyer India Pvt Ltd. is engaged in the development, manufacture and export of Aluminium, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Steel and Stainless steel Castings based components and sub-assemblies to several OEM industries in Europe and USA. The components and sub-assemblies are used in a wide range of industries such as Earth Moving, Construction Equipment, Locomotive, Rail Road, Automotive, Valve, Pump and other general machinery manufacturers.
Castings for the components are sourced from some of the best foundries in this region and are value added by machining and other finishing operations.
Conformity to specifications and customer requirements with respect to chemical composition, mechanical properties, internal soundness and dimensional aspects is ensured with state-of-the-art inspection and test equipment and well trained inspection personnel. Under the able guidance of the founder Mr. Axel Schuette, SMI conducts business in a professional way and in line with the western business practices. His professional expertise and experience have helped SMI in establishing business relationship with several customers in Europe and USA.
