| Glasswares are manufactured from the best raw material and in accordance with stingent Quality Control procedures. To ensure that you get the best quality, each product passes through strict Quality Assurance norms. Our glasswares are manufactured using low expansion 3.3 borosilicate glass which are smooth, homogenous and represent optimum mechanical, thermal and chemical behaviour as defined by the Interanational Standard ISO 3585. Our glasswares are low alkali borosilicate type 3.3 glass. It is virtually free of magnesia-lime-Zinc group and contains only traces of heavy metals. Our glasswares have very low coefficient of expansion, due to this the thermal stresses under given temperature gradients are low and the glass can withstand higher temperature gradient and this gives it a high resistance to thermal shock. Minute scratches on the glass surace can however reduce its thermal resistance. Our glasswares are chemically inherent to most metals and other materials even during extended period of reaction and also for reactions which involve more than 100 C. Our glasswares are highly resistent to attack by water; neutral and acid salt solutions, strong acids and mixtures, chlorine, bromine, iodine and organic substances. |
