Humidity/Climatic Test Chambers Humidity/Climatic test chamber is used to test effects that climatic changes have on products placed within environmental chambers. These chambers evaluates product quality, identifies weaknesses etc. High temperature, low temperature & humidity testing conditions can be done in single unit either manually/programmed with cyclic operation conditions.
Inner Chamber made of dully polished Stainless Steel, 304 Grade, Outer made of Mild Steel, powder coated. Double walled full front opening door. Inner lined with SS. Door with Neoprene rubber gasket for leak proof. Forced air circulation and SS heaters with fins for higher temperature. Drain facility is provided to collect water, which is produced during humidity testing condition. Adjustable SS meshed trays.

Ultrasonic Cleaner The Ultrasonic Cleaner gives 100% cleaning of the surgical instruments and removes miocrodust, bold stains, and clots deposited in the joints and crevices of the instruments. It is the scientific, qualitative and hygienic method cleaning all the surgical instruments and scopes.
Working of Ultrasonic Cleaner: The Ultrasonic Cleaner produces high frequency waves of about 37 KHz and the vibrations thus produces are transmitted through water or cleaning fluid. This Cavitation process is the rapid formation and collapse of minute bubbles. This in turn creates highly effective and safe scrubbing action on both exposed and hidden cervices of instruments.
