SEW is also specialized in Heavy Fabrication of Process Equipments, Heavy Machinery Equipments, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tubular Heating and Agitated Vessels, Heavy Structures, Storage Vessels and Custom Built Equipments.
The Company was started out in a very small manner with only few employees initially. And today it has come up to be a reputed organization in terms of Engineering and Quality, due to the excellent and innovative leadership, proper planning and also the hard work and focused dedication of all the people who associated with this company.We have qualified engineers and highly skilled workers for conversion of Raw material into equipments. Qualified engineers to take care of shop floor activities & Inspection of raw material & further inspection during the process of fabrication & necessary checks will be continued at necessary stages of fabrication till the equipments are ready & deliver to our valued customers.We follow ASME Sec VIII Division 1 code for the fabrication and ASME Sec IX code for the welding process. However we can also carry out the fabrication under IS 2825 Code. Our Shop floor has been approved by M/s Desmet Ballestra India Pvt Ltd., & WPS/WPR has been carried out by Desmet Inspection agencies. Presently the WPS/WPQR confirms to ASME Sec IX code is in process of testing under the Inspection of M/s Llyods, Bangalore. |
