Raw Material & Manufacturing Process Followed

We procure high quality rubber to produce our range of products. We also use synthetic rubbers such as:

Natural Rubber
Nitrile
Chloroprene
Viton
Silicone
EPDM (Ethylene propylene diene monomer)
SBR (Styrene butadiene rubber)
PBR (Polybutadiene Rubber)
Poly acrylic rubber
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber etc.

All these raw materials are thoroughly tested before using them in the production process. We fabricate all our tools,dies on high performance CNC machines to close tolerance, to make the components more precision. Once the production process completes, all these products are cleaned in to give them an elegant and finished look.

Infrastructure

We have electrical heated hydraulically operated compression molding press of platon in various sizes like 6"x6", 12"x12", 14"x14", 18"x18" 24"x24"and 36"x36".We have in-house mixing plant and We use combination of traditional skills and
new technology to maintain consistent quality all across the production range. This simple formula has led to a steady expansion of both our product line and client base.

In-house Testing Facilities

The components manufactured by us are thoroughly tested by various methods at our in-house testing unit. To identify the physical properties of these products, we test these components with different machineries as mentioned below:

Hardness tester.
Specific gravity tester.
Tensile and elongation testing equipment.
Compression set apparatus (for both stress and strain).
Aging oven for accelerated aging test (air circulating for heat aging).
Aging oven for oil aging testing.

To offer quality and consistency rubber molded components, all the processes are closely monitored at every manufacturing stage. This monitoring helps us to develop new production process to increase our productivity. It also helps us to improve the quality of the product, as per international standard requirements.
