Exxo LPG Tanks
The LPG tanks are made up of superior quality steel. It has three pieces (two bottoms and cladding) joined with continuous submerged welding. The length and diameters varies according to the capacities.

Solenoid Valves
- LPG Valves
- Used as on/off LPG valve.
- Filters the LPG impurities (i.e. magnetic and dust).
- Life of filter is 50,000 Km.
- Cut of the flow if there is any leakage of LPG.
- Petrol Solenoid Valves
- In open condition, it allows flow of petrol when vehicle runs on petrol.
- Shuts off when vehicle runs on LPG.
- Also have manual shut off.

Electronic Changeover Switch
- Our switches are used to operate the vehicle in the desired LPG or petrol mode.
- It indicates the level of fuel present in the LPG tank.
- It acts as a safety device by shutting-off the valves immediately when the engine stops.

Hand Held Tester and Regal System
- Regal system is a close loop system, which controls the flow of LPG automatically to the engine without manual adjustments.
- Regal system is employed in Euro-II and Euro-III vehicles (Only MPFI).
- Regal system is a microprocessor based control.
- Depending up on the vehicle parameters (TPS, Oxygen Sensor and RPM) the fuel to the engine is controlled.
- It visualizes the operating conditions of the engine and used for memorizing the optimal engine operating conditions.

We manufacture all types of injector emulators that are extensively used in all all kinds of vehicles of all standards. It cuts off the petrol flow and allow the gas flow economically.

Fuel Sensor & CNG Pressure Sensor
- LPG Fuel Sensor:
Restricted and calibrated to rotation, our technologically advanced sensor shows the exact level of fuel in the LPG tanks. Magnetically connected to the multi-valves, it is highly advanced and works technically.
- CNG Pressure Sensor:
The Pressure Sensor quantifies the level of fuel present in CNG Tank at various pressures.

CNG CYLINDERS
CNG Cylinders are manufactured from special steel alloy and are seamless in construction. Cylinders are designed and built in such a way so as to withstand high pressure of 220 bars. They are tested before use in accordance with the international specifications and are duly approved by Chief Controller of Explosives in Nagpur.

CNG Filling Valve & Cylinder Valve
