» Hard Chrome Plating
Our hard chrome plating services are effective for variety of metals and it provides higher wear resistance to the products. We offer hard chrome plating services for various stainless steel, copper, brass components and it improves their corrosion resistance. Some of the components on which hard chrome plating is required are gear shafts, print rollers, hopper plates, wear rails & rods etc.
» ENP (Electroless Nickel Plating)
We expertise in offering Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP) services. This is a non-conventional plating system and is ideal for complex shapes, where controllable and uniform plating thickness is not possible by conventional electroplating process. Electroless nickel plating enhance the life of the components and because of its exceptional corrosion resistance, it is widely applied on items like valves, pump parts etc.
» Zinc Plating
We specialize in offering various types of zinc plating like trivalent black, trivalent yellow, trivalent white, green and many more. Zinc coating acts as a sacrificial anode and prevents oxidation of the metal by forming a barrier.
