Since our establishment in the year 1975, we - S.D. Industries are manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of precision engineering components. Catering to diverse industrial projects in Indian and international market, we have established ourselves as a reputed supplier among our client base.

Our range of products includes complete line of standard and customized metal products. The range includes double ferrule compression tube fittings, 37 degree flare tube fittings, elbow fittings, tee fittings, cross fittings, union fittings, pipe fittings, needle valves, manifolds valves, ball valves and instrument valves.

In addition to our standard industrial application products, we also provide customization to our entire range to meet the varied requirements of clients.



Product Customization
Using our excellent production unit and years of production expertise, we facilitate the production of custom designed products as per the requirements of our clients. We have enough knowledge of the entire technicalities involved in producing various types of valves and pipe fittings. It enables us to develop the sample and drawings provided by our client. We provide customization in terms of size, shape and other dimensional specifications.

Raw Materials
We use good quality ferrous and non-ferrous metals as raw materials for manufacturing our range of products. We procure these raw materials from authorized vendors. Afterwards, we test them to ensure requisite material grade before taking up for production. Following are the raw materials, which is used for production:

We have a separate quality control department comprising quality control engineer who supervise the various products for effective quality.
Our quality processing system starts from procurement of raw materials and last till the delivery of consignment. We test the basic raw material used for manufacturing as per ASTM standards. The raw materials are checked visually in order to negate any cracks, surface defects, overlapping, seams and pitting.

Each fabricated product is tested using various methods to ensure superior performance and durable life. We carry out following tests:

Infrastructure
We have a world class infrastructure setup in a total plot area of around 8000 sq. ft. Our production unit is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In order to process the business orders effectively, we have several departments that work in complete co-ordination for the timely completion of consignments orders. These departments are:

• Fabrication shop
• Market research and analysis division
• Quality control section
• Product storage unit
• Logistic unit

Our Divisions
We have two divisions that act as the pillar to the organization. These are:

PRECISION MACHINING DIVISION
In 1995, we started this division with precision tool room and machinery. Within a short span of time, we were enhanced our facility with 3 Turning Centers and 2 Vertical Machining Centers.

HEAVY MACHINE AND FABRICATION SHOP
Heavy Machining and Fabrication Division has always been our core competence.
