Fork Lift

Material Handling Stacker

We offer durable stacker that are widely used in material handling applications for bulk material. It primal function is to stack bulk material such as ores and cereals onto a stockpile. Some of their prominent features include:

• Mast reach electric stacker
• Mast can reach/draw 650mm/750mm
• Turning radius 1600mm only, can be operated in 2.3 meter width aisle
• 3 sets of hydraulic systems lifting /tilting/reaching
• Mast draw back can reduce truck length, increase stability
• Controlled by steering arm, the operators do not need forklift truck driver's license
• Use adjustable width forged forks, can handle any types of pallets
• Load wheel diameter is 212mm can be used for ramp, elevator and others

Our stacker have a very easy drive and a simple handle direction. Its wide view mast can be easily seen through and international patent for the same is under processing. As an optional component to our stacker, we can provide shaft type forged forks. These are very good to be used into an elevator.

Powered Pallet Truck

One of our most popular material handing equipment, powered pallet truck is used in almost all warehouses to convey goods from one place to another. Having a ride-on drive, these trucks are easy to handle and are very safe to use. The best attribute of these powered pallet trucks is that these are a pollution free equipment. Some of their attributes include:

• When lifting, forks raise alone without battery, thus, the power is economically saved
• Forks can lift up to 205mm, it can carry open pallet or closed pallet

To ensure the stability in the lifting activity, it has 2 pieces of hydraulic lifting cylinders that are in-built on its left and right sides. For complete balance, these trucks have 2 pieces of strong castor wheels that are fixed at its right and left sides.

It has a suspension drive motor and wheel that can move upwards and downwards by 45mm. For usage in -35°C cold storage, we offer the cold version of powered pallet truck.

Hand Pallet Truck

Catering to the warehousing requirements of our customers, our hand pallet trucks are very easy to operate. There is no requirement of any special training to operate it. It has a spring loaded loop handle which ensures simple operation. This handle returns to the vertical position upon release. A neural position allows the enables the operator to handle the load at the desired and convenient angle. Offered in different load capacities of 2000 kg, 2500 kg and 3000 kg, our hand pallet truck possess following features:

• High quality hydraulic lifting cylinder is durable, reliable
• No oil leakage
• Easy handling
• Easy lifting
• Baked enamel coating
• With an overload relief value to avoid misuse due to over loading
• Steer and fork wheels are made by steel and covered by polyurethane

• One piece "c"-channel formed steel rain, forces fork strength to carry more load without bending

• No grease fitting is required

To ensure the safety of our hand pallet trucks, we package every 6 units into a wooden crate for export.

Order Picker Truck

An order picker truck is one of our most widely used material handling equipment used in warehouses for picking goods / products stored in shelves (typically in a rack system). It is driven by the operator who stands on an “operator platform” which is an integrated part of the truck. Some of its famous attributes include:

• The order picker can stand in-side of the lift table and control up/down
• Adjustable forged forks, suitable for any kinds of pallets
• Raise the forks a further 800mm for picker use
• Max .lift table height plus 800mm
