Heavy Duty Storage Racks With our heavy duty storage racks, our customers will get the benefit of complete utilization of floor as well as vertical storage space. These racks allow storage of tons of loads in the pallet form to elevated heights. It is specially designed in such a way that it does not include any bolt in its assemblage. We supply heavy duty storage racks in 3 units namely:
• Upright frame
• Horizontal beams
• Accessories such as pallet support, back stopper and many others
The upright frames are completely welded & braced with the special key hole design. It possesses non jamming slots to fix the horizontal beams. These beams are easily adjustable upwards and downwards for achieving variable / desirable compartment height. Our durable heavy duty storage racks are easy to assemble, dismantle and relocate in a minimum time span.
A vertical stacker / forklift is used to store and retrieve the pallets. These moves in the aisle space between the racks. |

Drive In Racks Our drive-in racks are specially designed for storing a large quantity of goods of daily fast moving & bulk handling nature. These drive-in palletized racking systems are considered as the most efficient method of optimal space utilization while ensuring minimal cost of investment. These racks provide a high density storage solution where least aisle space is provided and a lot of time is saved. Moreover, the activities of assembling, dismantling & re-location are completed within a short time. |

FIFO Racks Predominantly used in various process industries where a system of “first produced first issued” is followed, our first-in first-out racks are specially designed with special tracks having rollers fitted onto it. To enable simple rolling over of boxes or crates by gravity, the tracks are properly assembled to frames with little inclination. Also known as FIFO racks, these can also be designed with heavy rollers for handling heavy pallets and components. |

Two Tier Racking System One of our most popular storage systems, two tier racking system is ideally used to store loose components as well as secondary items in the form of cartons that may be handled manually. The installation of our two tier racking systems is extremely easy and requires the ceiling / clear height to be minimum of 15 feet. Depending on the client’s requirements, we can custom design racks on following parameters:

• Catwalk (for man movement)

Mezzanine Floor We offer top class mezzanine floor that is basically used for creating a floor area inside the warehouse for additional space. It is also used for:
• Constructing office on the top
• Create an extra space for stores
We fabricate these mezzanine floors from sheet metal. Our floors are formed to take up loads from 500 kg udl per sq. mtr up to 2500 kg udl per sq mtr. The best characteristic of our mezzanine floors is that its construction is with fasteners and it does not require any welding on the site.
As per customer’s specific demands, we can design the column of the floor as wide as 15 feet to ensure hindrance free movement below the mezzanine floor. It implies that we offer prefabricated and pre-painted forms that are ready to be assembled at the site in a very short time. |

Collapsible Wire Containers We offer collapsible wire containers which suit the requirements of those who need to transport or stock lightweight goods.
The wire containers are stackable and collapsible and hence occupy minumum space on return transit.
