Drum Capseals

Drum metal capseals are of 4", 3", 2" & 3/4" sizes for temper evident sealing of steel as well as HDPE Drums. The capseals incorporate "Flowed In" compound gasket to ensure leakproffness.

Cap Sealing Machines

Capseals are available in plain colours such as white, red, black, blue, green by printed with your company's logo.
The capseals are sealed by capsealing machines of size 4", 3", 2" & 3/4" which too is manufactured by us. Once capseal sealed on drums cannot be removed without being destroyed, and ensures that no duplication take place and integrity of your product isensured.

PROMOTERS & MANAGEMENT

We work under the able leadership of our Promoter Shri H.R. Singh who is young, skilled and an experienced person handling business very efficiently from the past 20 years. In the case of production as well as marketing, he is assisted with a skilled staff & the Manager Mr. Arvind Lamba. He and his family members are looking after marketing for the past 10 years. At the same time, he is having a well organized team of skilled staff to assist him in various activities i.e. purchase, production, marketing, etc.

INFRASTRUCTURE

We have our own factory in Industrial Estate Kurla (w) Area, of Mumbai which is famous for production of industrial goods.
We also have our own administrative office, quality control room & manufacturing unit just above the manufacturing unit.
We are having all types of machineries required for the manufacturing of Capseals and Cap sealing machines, it is equipped with adequate furnitures and fixtures, computer, internet, so as to cope with increased demand in business.
Our skilled labour reside near the industry and are hence, easily available & work efficiently as team workers.

M.S. Sheets easily available from direct importers, Mumbai (Heart to Tin market) & we are mainly purchasing from these reputed importers.
Printing :
Lithographed Printing is done by Central Tin Works & M.M. Corporation & in case of emergency, we ourselves do screen printing work in our unit at every short notice time.
Vinylflowing Gasket :
PVC Compound wioth vinyl flowing gasket to ensure leakproofness
Packing :
500 pcs. of 2" and 1000 pcs. of 3/4" drum capseals packed in export worthy corrugated cartons.
