Structure of Diatomite

Diatomite is a chalky sedimentary rock composed of the skeletal remains of single cell aquatic plants called Diatoms. Each particle is porous and has honeycomb/ rods & cone / snow flakes like structure and due to this property Diatomite has found its uses in various industries like Pharmaceutical, Fertilizer, Pesticide, Insulation etc. etc. Filtroseem is our brand name for our diatomite products, which was established in the year 1975 and since then it has become a popular brand in the market. All the processed are done in our unit.

Applications of our Diatomite
Different grades of Diatomite are used in various applications :

¤ Filteraid Powder made by heat process is used for filtration of Filter Edible Oil, Pharmaceutical Drugs, Molten Sulphur, Sugar, beverages, water etc.etc.
¤ Natural Diatomite Powder is best suitable in manufacturing of fire proof cabinates, as Natural harmless pesticide in plants, for Grain Storage, for coating of seeds.
¤ Natural Food Grade Diatomite Grains (unheated) are best suitable to feed animals with there daily ration for Deworming of Animals and Natural powder is best suitable to remove Ticks and other Insects from body of animals Ceramic Water Filter candles are made by using 100% Diatomite Powder. We have developed special technology to manufacture Filter candles using 100% Diatomite with without adding any other clay. It has excellent porosity.
¤ Clumping and Non-Clumping Cat Litters are also made using Diatomite.
¤ Active Silica is added to increase content of active silica in Rock phosphate to react with fluoride in the rock for making fluorine free Phosphoric Acid.

Uses of Filteraid

This product is known as diatomite balls and is replacement for pumice stone imported from turkey and other countries to give abrasion and shining to denim cloth.
