The company keeping in tune with the growth of Steel Industry in India changed itself to make sufficient equipment for Steel Industries which has now become the core strength of our company.Today our company is considered to be a single window entity for major fabrication equipment manufacture and capital goods for project execution.

The Management of Simplex values the health and safety of the people working for it and others visiting its units. Everybody coming to work or visit Simplex shall be entitled to go home in the same condition as they came to work. To achieve this all person in Simplex shall be engaged and involved in the safety and health of their work and that of those around them.

Infrastructure
ocated at 65, Industrial Estate, Bhilai, Unit I is a light and medium machine building facility with a manufacturing capacity of 12000 MT per annum with up-to 50 Tons in Single Piece.
In addition to regular machines such as Lathes, Plano Miller, Cylindrical Grinders, Surface Grinders, this unit is equipped with several CNC Machines, Heat Treatment facility, EOT Cranes and Mobile Material Handling equipment.
Machines
Spread over a area of 25000 Square Metres in three workshops, our state-of-the-art machining facility is the largest of its kind in Central India.
Simplex has more than 350 machine tools, consisting of both CNC and Conventional Machines. We have range of machines like Lathes, Plano Millers, Cylindrical Grinders, Surface Grinders, Vertical Boring Machines, Horizontal Boring Machine, etc. The facility is supported by a well-equipped and modern Tool Room. Simplex is equipped with the best quality of machines and equipment to achieve the required dimensions in tolerance. Several machines are equipped with Digital Read Outs.
Design & Development
Simplex Engineering’s fully computerized design office, equipped with latest hardware and software, offers design engineering services in the following disciplines:

Simplex offers its design services for various engineering equipments and projects. Simplex specializes in design and development of Mining and Material Handling Equipments. Some of the equipment indigenously designed by Simplex are Side Discharge Loaders, Universal Drilling Machines and Load Haul Dumpers with flame-proof hydraulics and electrical for underground coal mines, various types of Mechanical & Electro-hydraulic Grab Buckets, On-shore Sucker Rod Pumping Units, various types of conveyors for material handling, and complete plant and equipment for various mills of an integrated steel plant.
Instrumentation and Automation.
Steel Fabrication
Simplex has the capacity to manufacture 4000 Tons of Equipments and Structural Fabrication per month.
More than 50000 Square Metres of covered area has been created for fabrication, EOT Cranes and 10000 Square Metres of open fabrication yard under Tower Cranes of 50 Ton capacity.
Simplex has all modern fabrication facilities like CNC Profile Cutting machines, Welding Transformers/ Rectifiers TIG, MIG, CO2, Semi-Automatic Submerged ARC Welding machines, Welding Booms up-to 4 metres, Welding Manipulators, etc. Simplex can fabricate up-to 80 Ton single piece.
Steel Service Centre
Simplex Steel Service Centre (SSSC) caters to the need of industries for buying steel in the modern organized way. It supplies steel plates and structures in the exact quantity and the exact profile as per customers’ drawings, cut on CNC Profile Cutting machine. Buying steel in cut to size reduces the cost of carrying extra inventory, transportation, processing time, etc.
Simplex Steel Service Centre maintains regular stock of about 7000 MT prime quality special steel plates from 8mm to 120mm thickness of various standards such as ASTM A-515/516 Grade-60/70, ASTM A-285 Grade-C, IS 2002 Grade II; Ship-building quality plates; High tensile plates EN 10025–S355J2 G3, DIN 17100 ST 52.3, SAILMA 350Hi/410Hi/450Hi, IS 8500 Fe-490/540/570 B & MS plates, IS 2062 E-250 A/B/C and SAIL Hard plates in sizes of Width up-to 3200mm and Length up-to 13500mm.
Simplex Steel Service Centre supplies structurals – Heavy/Medium/Light, Universal Beams, Channels, Angles, Crane/Industrial Rails in all sizes with ex-stock delivery.
Simplex Steel Service Centre, with all ultra modern lab testing facilities, also supplies steel with third party inspection through IRIS/BVIS/TPL/TUV as per customer requirements.
