Biscuit Moulds
We manufacture various shapes of biscuit molds like: star, square, round, pentagon etc., which can easily be used to make different varieties of biscuits. Our molds make the external appearance of the product tidy, level of structure clear and the taste crisp. It also prevents the biscuit surface from splitting up. Rotary Cutting Rollers
We offer an outstanding range of rotary cutting rollers that are used for making different shapes in the biscuit preparation out of the dough sheet that is transfered from the gauge roll unit. The sharp edges of the cutting roller cuts the dough sheet into the desired shape and sizes of the biscuits and delivers the same to the oven through a panner web.
Cutting can be done in two ways that is either by single cutting rollers or twin cutting rollers. Both of these cutters are essential and play different roles. The rollers empower us to provide better surface and finish to the final product.
