We conduct the various quality tests as per the AQL standards that involve checking the products from the yarn stage to fabric. The following points are taken care of in the garment stage:

• Pilot sample approval
• On line sample approval
• 100% tolerance to various washings as per the wash care instructions.

After all of the above mentioned aspects are taken care of the production of the garment is started. Our merchandising department takes care of the final random inspection and send further for:

• Ironing
• Packing
• Shipping

We have strategic contacts with leading C&F agents and take care of all shipment documentation and shipping formalities. Our responsibility lies in getting the best connections and freight rates to the clients, which enables the cargo to reach the destination well before time in the most economical rates. We require an estimated lead time of 30 days.
