Sellam Chemicals is a vital player in India in Leather Finishing Chemicals. Sellam Chemicals was started in the year 1985 by Mr. P. Gopalakrishnan Who is a Master Degree holder in Leather Technology from Anna University. Our Factory is equipped with modernised stainless steel reactors, Glasslined Reactors, stainless steel centrifuge, fluid transfer pumps, and effluent treatment plant. We have Quality control Laboratory and also highly Qualified persons for productivity. Sellam Chemicals is in compliance with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations and our products are free From substances in the candidate list of SVHC(Substance of Very High Concern). Researchers and experts from research institute and industry are consulted on sensitive aspect. Our factory has the capacity to produce 1200Tones of Chemicals per annum.

Aim / Vision / Mission

Selection is going to be the major problem in the near future. To tackle this, we are planned to produce upgrading chemicals with economic source of raw materials so that all tanners can be benefited. Strengthen our distribution network globally to solve the selection problem of the leather industry. Our ambitious target is to develop an innovative top coats to enhance the feel and aesthetic look of leather.
