Flexible Exhaust Connector
These types consist of a stainless steel twin walled bellow with a single layer of external stainless steel wire braiding, assembled together by using aluminized / stainless steel end caps. These types of Exhaust Connectors are used where the typical temperature of exhaust is up to 550º C. Automotive Exhaust Connectors
Automotive Exhaust Connectors (Bellows) with outer braid and with Inner Braid. These types have an internal sleeve of stainless steel wire braiding. These types of Exhaust Connectors are used where the temperature and the noise levels are more than usual. The noise can be caused by the engine characteristics, and air flows over the bellows. The internal sleeve braid reduces the noise and dissipates the heat. Incases, where there is an excessive movement caused by the wear and tear, the internal braid sleeve prevents the over extension of the bellow. A braid lined Exhaust Connector is used where the typical temperature of exhaust is upto about 600ºC.* Please refer the attached PDF for technical details.

Bellows Exhaust Connectors
Automotive Exhaust Connectors (Bellows) with Outer Braid and with Interlock liner inside These types consist of an internal sleeve of Interlock liner. It has air space in between the bellow I.D. and Interlock liner.
These types of Exhaust Connectors are used in conditions where the temperature level is above 600ºC and the noise levels are also on an extremely higher side.

Automotive Exhaust Connectors (Bellows) with Welded (tube) Ends. All the sizes in Bellows with Outer Braid, Inner Braid and Interlock Liner can also be supplied with Welded (tube) End. Materials for Nipple : Stainless Steel, Aluminised Steel, Carbon steel. Thickness of Nipple : 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm

Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose
Senior India manufactures Stainless Steel Corrugated Hoses with braid and Hose Assemblies at an its modern facility in the National Capital Region of Delhi, under the supervision of highly qualified team of engineers and technocrats who have been trained in India and abroad. Metallic Flexible Hoses & Hose Assemblies, manufactured in isotonic steel, AISI 321,316L,304 grades conforming to international quality standards. Senior India specializes in Oxygen and Water lancing Hose Assemblies and is supplier to all major steel plants in India. Hose is manufactured from 6mm to 300mm NB and braided on braiding machines of 24, 36, 48 ,64, & 96 carriers depending on the Hose diameter. Hose from 20mm onwards are produced by hydro forming process. Hoses and Hose Assemblies made by Senior , conform to BS6501 Part-1 and ISO 10380 standard. Assemblies are made by TIG welding of stainless steel or carbon steel end connections. 100% testing of Hose assemblies for Hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the working pressure is carried out. Pneumatic testing by air under water is carried out whereever necessary. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Tubes Item Code: EGR Exhaust gas recirculation technology is recycling of small amount of the exhaust gas to reduce oxides of nitrogen (Nox) that is one of the air polluting gas, by lowering the temperatures of engine interiors and absorption of vibration and heat expansion from engine. EGR tube assembly carries unburnt gas vapors from the exhaust manifold chambers to the intake manifold and is reintroduced into the engine firing sequence. It is used in conjunction with catalytic converter for better performance. It also enhances the life of critical engine moving parts. The gases are cooled before they are fed back. The typical external EGR tube is mounted between the exhaust manifold or crossover pipe and the EGR control valve. Because the gas temperatures can exceed 650ºC. (1200ºF), the resulting thermal expansion loads on the tube can cause early valve, tube, or manifold failure.

Camlock Couplings
A Camlock Coupling is infact, a means of quick engaging or disengaging a hose connection from a system requiring transfer of fluid or gas. It consists of a Coupler with Cam Arms and a slip-in Adaptor. In order to connect, the arms of the Coupler need to be lifted and the Adaptor slipped into the Coupler. The handles are then pressed down with normal hand pressure. Camlock Couplings generally conform to US Military Specifications, MIL-C-27487. This ensures inter-change ability , quality and standardization of the product. The couplers & Adaptors are available in stainless steel in different configurations: With Male or Female Threads ( BSP,BSPT or NPT) With Flanged or Weld Ends. Stainless Steel Bellows
Senior specializes in production of customer specific bellows. Bellows are stainless steel flexible tubes with parallel corrugated convolutions. Due to their flexibility they are very much suitable for industrial and Genset Exhaust applications.
Bellows can be supplied with end connections as per customer requirements.
Bellows can be produced in range size from ID 50mm (2") to 300mm (12") nominal bore.
