The Economical Machine weigh the product accurately and then deliver it the pans.The readymade pouch is used to collect the product, separate sealling machine is used to seal the filled pouch.machine is either singlae head or multihead depending upon the  requirment.

What one should look for when selecting a Weigh feeder and WHY
1)You have to do only one setting i.e. just set target weight and our specially developed controller will do the rest for you.
2)The specially designed and engineered controller eliminates the requirement of skill operator, as this is only one setting. This also saves you valuable time and increases productivity.
3)The machine works on 230V AC input. The inverter input or D.G. input is welcome. In case of power failure, you can run the machine on ups or D.G. without sacrificing on Productivity.
4)Controllers are available in multilingual support i.e. English and Hindi. On request any local language support will be given.

Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine is used for packing right from Rice to Dry Fruits, Powder, Vermicilli, Farsan, Wafer,Candies. We offer liquid filing machine that are ideal for packing low viscosity to high viscosity liquids such as oil, water, paints, syrups, milk etc.
The liquid that is to be filled is either directly stored into tank body or to the control valve is connected to tank with the means of suitable length pipes.
Liquid is introduced into barrel or tank which can be placed on weighing platform or can be mounted on load cell.
Load cell serves the purpose of weight sensing transducer.

• It gives very small millivolt output proportional to the load acting upon it. The output voltage is amplified by precision instrumentation amplifier and is filtered to reduce noise and unwanted vibrations.

• The filtered output is digitized with ADC and introduced to micro controller using DSP algorithm for filtering of the data. This digital data is representative of the load.

• After weighing begins, Control valve is completely and liquid gets into the can at high speed. After the predetermined quantity of the material is weighed, the perforation of the opening of the control valve is eliminated. The flow rate of the liquid is decreased.

• After weighing the quantity , the control valve automatically stopped and the cycle completes successfully.

When it requires to count the tablets; say in multiples of hundreds, conventionally people use mesh type perforated trays with required number of holes on it.
Tables are poured manually on this mesh and then slided to fall in a container.
This entire process is manual, very slow, prone to human error, results in breakage of tablets.
Basically a mesh is a tool and not a machine. Other Options available include machines that count tablets based on weight. But then, even this method is not accurate since there are small variations in weights of the tablets due to compression.
Sensograph has successfully introduced a solution which overcomes these problems and which has already found acceptance in many countries.
The system is based on Multi-track vibrating Mechanism with high speed non contact type sensing. This is fully automatic and ensures that each and every tablet is counted without human intervention.

The accuracy of Auger fed material depends upon the design of the screw and the accuracy of no. of rotation of the screw. We at Sensograph design the screw and its controller so as to give maximum achievable accuracy.

The start stop of the screw is either by Emco- dynatorry mode Clutch- brake or ABB's servo drive.

The Auger Filler is made of MS Aluminium & all parts are in SS302/316.

The two speed motor & gear box are brought which are of segmented such as CG , ABB, Bon Higlioli.

For fully automatic powder packing machine, our Smart Pac FFs is used below this Auger Filler.

The micro doser that we offer is required for measuring and packing products such as fine chemical powders.

However this requires accuracy in milligrams which otherwise makes it a complicated task the scale that we put is authorized by Weights & Measurement Authorities and is highly accurate. After making use of this scale, the output is fed in the bottles, test tubes and pouches.

The most important component is the advanced 32 bit controller which controls feed. This needs no human intervention is eliminated. It comes with Removable mechanical nozzle attachments that are provided to hold different sizes of containers like neck of the bottles. The available machines are available in the range of 20 mg onwards.
