Conversion Of Mechanical Weigh Bridge Kit (A) CONVERSION OF MECHANICAL WEIGH BRIDGE IN TO ELECTRO MECHANICAL WEIGH-BRIDGE
(by one s-type Load cell): With the addition of a single s-type Load cell to a mechanical weigh bridge lever systems many advantages of electronic weighing can be transferred to existing installation at a very nominal cost. A single Load cell is inserted on transfer lever of bottom work of the weigh bridge.
(B) CONVERSION OF MECHANICAL WEIGH BRIDGE IN TO FULLY ELECTRONIC WEIGH BRIDGE
(by four & six Load cell): Any electronic control unit can be added to the weigh bridge in some cases the lever system can be replaced by cross joint with & Load cell weighing module which support the platform. Thus the weigh bridge can be made fully Electronic weigh bridge with minor modification in the foundation. With modification the capacity of the weigh bridge can also be increased in some cases.

Load Cell And Assemblies (A) COMPRESSION LOAD CELL ASSEMBLY: Our suspension design incorporates a unique self aligning three ball assembly. These assembly protects the load cell against horizontal forces which are generated when the vehicle loads on the platform.
(B) SHEAR BEAM LOAD CELL ASSEMBLY: The suspension design allows the platform to swing. It absorbing the lateral and transverse loads which are generated by a moving vehicle on the platform. This generates better accuracy and reliability in weighment and also protects the load cell from the mechanical damages.
(C) ROCKER COLUMN LOAD CELL ASSEMBLY: Load cell of stainless steel construction and complete hermetic sealing, making them suitable for use in the toughest industrial environments. The load cell design, in combination with a low cost self aligning rocker assembly, unites excellent load introduction with a low profile outline.
(D) SINGLE ENDED BEAMS LOAD CELL ASSEMBLY: The module is available in mild steel. Loading of the cell is through a rod and spherical washer assembly that protects the cell from side load induced errors caused by load structure expansion. It is self-checking and low profile module suitable for medium (05mt to 20mt) capacity applications.
