August 3, 2010 – The Nikkei Group, the media group with the highest authority in Japan, reported “Market shares of world’s main industries” showing that Seoul Semiconductor took the 3rd place in the LED market shares, in July. According to The Nikkei Group, Seoul Semiconductor took 5.7% of share in world white LED market following to Nichia (32.0%), Japan, and OSRAM OptoSemiconductor (7.9%), Germany.
