Starting from forgings, castings or bar stock, we specialize in the production of machined components in carbon steel, stainless steel, high cobalt/high chromium special steel, as well as aluminium, brass, and other non-ferrous metals.
We procure castings or forgings to customers¿ specifications, or to our own design, based on the customers¿ finished drawing requirements.
Our in-house capabilities include turning, milling, centreless and cylindrical grinding, broaching, drilling, and reaming. Our associated facilities include heat treatment (through-hardening, induction hardening and case hardening), trivalent nickel passivation, zinc plating and chrome plating. Mr K Mohan is a Mechanical engineer from IIT Madras, and a management post-graduate from IIM, Ahmedbad. He has been in the auto industry for over 30 years. He has held CEO positions in several large public Limited Companies and has been a National Executive Committee Member of ACMA and Regional Council Member and Co-Chairman Manufacturing Competitiveness Sub Committee CII Southern Region
Mr N Ganesh is an Electrical and Electronics engineer from Mysore University . He has experience in Sales and Service of Machine Tools before establishing Imperial Industries and SEP India Private Limited in 1991.
