Air Classifier The
air classifiers offered by us successfully meet the process demands
of particularly precise particle-size distribution. These classifiers
are useful for powders divided into particle-size cuts by sieving
system that are effective up to particle size of 200 microns. These
air classifiers are available in five sizes that are suited to
company's micronizers/nominal gas flow rates from 500m3/h to
12000m3/h. Principle
of Operation
- Gas
earring the powder enters selection chamber at high speeds
- Additional
gas enters through tangential inlet & spins particles, imparting
high centrifugal force to them
- Larger
particles are separated & fall into oversize hopper, passing
through deflector cone where gas turbulence prevents them
agglomerating or sticking
- Medium
& fine sizes are separated in selection chamber by a "squirrel
cage" bladed rotor driven by electric motor
- Fine
particles are carried away by gas leaving machine & are later
collected in a filter
- Medium
size particles are discharged to deflector cone & oversize
hopper
- Systems
of regulating additional air input & rotor speed set the
aerodynamic & mechanical forces acting on the powder, thus
enabling total control of cut in relation to operating conditions

- Machine chamber consist of
swinging hammers side liners and top liners
- As material is fed in the machines
through feeding hopper, it gets pulverized between swinging hammers
revolving at very high speeds & the liners
- Perforated screen fitted in lower
part of chamber regulates fineness of pulverized material depending
upon its hole diameter
- Once material passes through
screen, it is sucked by blower unit mounted on the side of machine
- passing through pipe & cyclone
collector, it is finally discharged through two way discharge valve
- Air along with very fine powder
goes in the dust collector, where material is trapped in filter bags
and air is let out
- Dust collector attachment ensures
dust free operation
- Free circulation of air in the
machine keeps chamber cool, thus retaining important properties of
spices like taste, flavor & color

| Ribbon Blender The ribbon blenders offered by us are

|
Centre type is used for heavy substance where batch is inert &
present too much resistance to standard agitator. By leaving out
alternative sections of outer ribbon, movement of agitator through
the batch is facilitated

Air Material Separator The
air material separators offered by us finds extensive usage in the
optimum separation of powder & air at the outlet of
grinding/pneumatic transfer systems. This separating process is
usually carried out when powders
are fine or of low concentration in the air by using by bag filters
or when the powders are highly concentrated by placing cyclone
upstream of the filter to collect greater part of powder and thus
preventing clogging of the filters. Filter
collects finer particles, generally needing later mixing of the two
separated fractions:

a single cyclone (generally for powders that are not too fine)

For
reducing inherent drawbacks of above configurations in relation to
complexity & customer investment, we have developed designs of
highly efficient cyclones that allow
elimination of bag filters in many cases,
while complying with regulatory industry regulations. The
cyclones can also replace dynamic classifier when separation
capability is not a sine qua non, condition, while a second cyclone

| Jute Softening Plant The range of jute processing plants
