Paste Agitator	The entire shaft & assembly of agitator can be taken out of blender if need arises
Agitator Shaft & Assembly	Ideal for pastes of high viscosity. Bolted for easy removal & cleaning
Dry Color Agitator	Made of steel castings to resist abrasive effect. These are used for crystalline & sharp powders which mix with difficulty
Cut in Agitator	This design cuts fats, oils & shortening into flours and powder rapidly. It also eliminates the "rubbing in" effect which has tendency to darken dry material and reduce flakiness of finished products
Continuous Agitator	Continuous agitator can be made in either discharge or centre discharge form, depending on where the outlet of tank is located.
Centre Discharge	Centre type is used for heavy substance where batch is inert & present too much resistance to standard agitator. By leaving out alternative sections of outer ribbon, movement of agitator through the batch is facilitated

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

• Machine chamber consist of swinging hammers side liners and top liners
• As material is fed in the machines through feeding hopper, it gets pulverized between swinging hammers revolving at very high speeds & the liners
• Perforated screen fitted in lower part of chamber regulates fineness of pulverized material depending upon its hole diameter
• Once material passes through screen, it is sucked by blower unit mounted on the side of machine
• passing through pipe & cyclone collector, it is finally discharged through two way discharge valve
• Air along with very fine powder goes in the dust collector, where material is trapped in filter bags and air is let out
• Dust collector attachment ensures dust free operation
• Free circulation of air in the machine keeps chamber cool, thus retaining important properties of spices like taste, flavor & color
