Automatic Insulating E MOD ICS/10

The unit is built in electro welded iron which has inside the mechanical components and support the electric cabin placed on the right side of the operator , the unreel box is in front of the operator

On the upper plate is placed the plate for the tooling support on which is mounted the pack centering , thus allow to align the slot of the stator together with the tooling

The components which compose the machine core are : a cross which allows the angular division of the tooling plate and its rotating motion, a cam to put in motion the plunger for the insulation material introduction, an angular gearbox which makes the cross rotating and put in motion the rollers for the insulating material .

All the movements are n’sync by a detailed gearboxes system.
