This is a vertical winding machine desigend to offer higher manufacturing rate. Some of technical features of thiese machiens are ;

-Electrowelded structure as working unit support. All complete with safety carters for protection

-Electric box containing the serial and stand-alone managment system of the entire working line

-Pneumatic box for cylinders control

-Flyer group at 3000 rpm max with a brushless motor

-Forming -control group with brushless motor

-Poles division group with brushless motor

-Ejecting group, pneumatical

-Rotating table, electromecanichal gearbox with connected cams with two station (180°) with pneumatic head (head for the insertion) blocking device

-Winding poles connecting group, unit with n°3 controlled axis with brushless motor and a pneumatic axis ( for pole connection)

-Coil-pushing group

-Wire tensioning and cut group

-Wire tensioning group with ohmic control
