Flaker Machine
| 
A flaker is used for making flakes after solidification of the molten material. It assists in the continuous formation of flakes of the desired thickness upon the water-cooled drum through the manual setting of scrapper. The Flaker Drum is manufactured out of high quality Stainless Steel/Mild Steel plates for achieving a uniform cooling effect. The drum consists of a hollow shaft for entering the cooling medium into it. A Feed Tray is also supplied with the flaker along with a jacket for cooling and heating purposes.

Tray Dryer
Tray Dryer is used for the best drying results in convectional process. It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap between two walls is filled with high density fiber glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets Stainless Steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys.
Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are provided for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during process. Machine is provided with control panel board with process timer. Digital temperature controller cum indicator etc.
Capacity : 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays
Standard & GMP models available with SS 304 / SS 316 / MS internals & externals. Stainless steel tray in S.S. 304/ S.S. 316 quality.

Nutsche Filter
|
The nutsche filter is a versatile machine used for drying as well as filtering. These machines are used in the manufacturing process of various chemicals, pesticides, insecticides, dyes, food products and pharmaceuticals. The unit consists of a totally enclosed and sealed cylindrical shell a filter plate with filter cloth is fitted at the bottom of the shell for separating liquids from solids. The cake is retained on top of the plate. A vacuum pump connected to receiver is installed for discharging of liquids and vapour collection. The cylindrical shell can also be provided with a jacket.
