Soap Crutcher

A wide range of crutchers are offered by us to the clients. These vessels are widely used for various purposes in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, paint and other associated industries. We manufacture and provide these in different varieties.This is a specialy designed vessel for saponification of oils/neutralisation of fatty acids. It has centrally mounted helical screw housed in stainless steel hollow steam jacket equipped with bottom discharged valve, outer steam heating jacket, reduction gear box and a motor. Roll Mill

The roll mill manufactured by us ranges from a pilot plant model to 2500 kgs./hr. capacity. These mills are precision engineered and are constructed from close grained alloy of chilled cast iron. These are hollow from inside for easy water circulation and have a smooth and finished surface. These machines are widely utilized in the soap, detergent, ink, paint and dye manufacturing industries. The mills we offer to our clients consist of scrapper knives, feed hopper and discharge chutes. Sigma Mixer

Sigma mixer offered by us is precision engineered mixing machinery specially manufactured for uniform mixing and kneading of materials having a heavier viscosity. It is used in many kinds of applications such as making stiff pastes, polyester compounds, adhesives, brake compounds, flush colors, resins, soaps, brake lining compounds, PVC coatings, food dough, rubber compounds etc. The loading of material in the mixer is done through the top of the mixer or through its mouth or hopper. The consistency and thoroughness of kneading is obtained by its ‘Z’ shaped kneading blades which rotate at different speeds. Ribbon Blender

We offer a ribbon blender to our clients for their various industrial needs. The ribbon blender and their sides are manufactured by us from Stainless or Mild steel materials. It comprises of a stainless steel or mild steel centre shaft fitted with specially designed agitator blades for providing the contra flow action. These blenders are equipped with a couple of ribbons. The outer ribbon moves the ingredients into the blender whereas, the inner ribbon constantly circulate the material. The drive of these consists of a gear box coupled with a heavy-duty motor. These blenders are provided with stuffing boxes on its either ends to prevent leakage. It also consists of a hopper and a discharge for loading and unloading of the processed material. Vacuum Plodder

The plodder manufacture by us is a machine which extrudes the final soap which is very appropriate for stamping. The plodder consists of a rotating knife which is used to cut the noodles as the milled soap tries to come out from the noodle plate. It consists of a seamless SS-304 pipe and is jacketed to circulate the water inside it. The extruder screw of the plodder is rotated by a pedestal rotated shaft. Screw Conveyor
