Manufacturing Arena
Once a product has made it through the design process it goes into manufacture. As a company, SUNSHINE has a long-term target to manufacture products in ‘ Clean factories', which aim for ‘true zero emission'. This means that our factories aim for significant reduction in water usage as well as reducing emissions for Green House gases, chemical substances & wastes.
Our products are manufacture under stringent quality checks & control. Our laboratory is self-sufficient. It has full facilities for testing process materials, components, and semi-finished & finished products.
ISO 9001:2000 Certified
It has long been our policy that all our manufacturing facilities must have & independently certified ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in place . Accordingly, our systems & processes were thoroughly studied & audited by SWISO of Switzerland & certified that the quality management system of Sunshine fully conforms the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
We have now also asked all major suppliers to adopt similarly accredited system.
