The other business that was undertaken under Sanatan Group of Companies in the mid nineties were Sanatan Air Travel Agency, Sanatan Manpower and Sanatan Exporters and Importers. These business have been rendering service to the local community as well as tourists in the fields of encashment of credit cards, domestic and international ticketing, recruitment of professional, skilled and semi-skilled manpower for employment in Gulf countries and offering consultancy in export and import.
Sanatan Financers and Real Estates Pvt. Ltd and Sanatan Builders was floated in April 1996. It has served the local community, builders and business houses in a big way by financing their projects. The Naval staff posted at Chicalim, Vasco form a majority of our clients.
The Company has also been appointed as Authorised Dealer for Zuari Cement Ltd. The latest is the "BEST WESTERN PEACE VALLEY", a two hundred crores rupees project undertaken by Sanatan Financers & Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. on 75,663 sq. mts. of land at Sirvoii, Quepem and 57 villas and 174 apartments are been developed.
