Company s head quarter is situated at Vadodara the Chemical hub of India on the Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway, 400 km. from Mumbai. We have manufacturing facility of stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses complete range from to 12 inch. The hoses manufactured at SIT are generally from SS 304, SS 321, SS 316 and SS 316-L grade material.

InfrastructureFor SITCOFLEX Hose & HOSE Assemblies, only the very best hoses are used from the world over. Our state of the art manufacturing facility is a modern day technological marvel. A lot of planning and precision goes into the manufacturing of industrial products. End connections are manufactured in- house with extreme care and precision. The testing is done at 1.5 TIMES the actual working pressure. The SITCOFLEX assembly is guaranteed for 1 year, unconditionally.
Quality Policy / ProcessesAt SIT, product quality is monitored from the stage of raw material receipt up to the final hose production including braiding followed by assemblies by qualified Engineers supervised by management representative.
We have complete in house testing facilities for various types of tests so as to stay in accordance to the International Standards (BS 6501: part 1/ISO 10380:1994) specified for Metallic Flexible Hoses.
The following are the routine tests carried out at SIT. - Burst pressure / yield test
- Bend radius test
- Flame test
- Life cycle test / Flex fatigue test
- All assemblies are subjected to dimensional check, leak detection test over and above the tests recommended by the inspection standard.
