We have an adept team to provide cost effective and qualitative services to our clients. At our central room, we have 300 employees and on the various sites & companies 200 personnel are deployed. For specific sites, we deploy team managers with entire support staff. In addition, we have area supervisors to monitor performance of the respective team at the sites. Our maintenance team has been divided on the following basis:

Field Officers (Security):

Their main task is to assign works to the guards and monitor them. In addition, they have overall in-charge of security of premises, vendor management, maintain records of the visitors, conduct regular fire drills etc.

Supervisors (Housekeeping):

Our supervisors are responsible for monitoring cleaning processes at sites and maintaining checklists for various jobs on a daily, weekly, monthly schedule. They look after the cleaning schedules and perform them accordingly. In addition, they also maintain stock books, procurement of housekeeping materials. Further, they also coordinate with the clients on a regular basis and report about the development of the services to the manager.

Site Supervisor Technical (E & M):

We have site supervisor technical personnel to look after the operations of all electrical and mechanical equipment, maintenance schedules, log book and material procurement. Then , their work is to report about these subjects to the manager.

DC operator:

Our DC operators are responsible for running of DG sets, checking the working condition of machine and servicing of the equipment. In addition, he have to maintain the log book on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.

Electrician:

Their job is to look after the operations of electrical, changing of equipment, checking the systems and to report on material consumption.

Semi-skilled electrician:

They assist the DG operator, electrician and responsible for all field work related to maintenance and operations of electrical.

AC mechanic

Our AC mechanic are responsible to look after the operation of all units, checking the working condition of the equipment and maintenance of log books.

Telephone Mechanic:

They look after the telephone lines (internal/external), checking the systems and also coordinate with the local telephone authorities.

Houseboys:

Our houseboys work is to remove the trash, high/low dusting, rest room clean up, dusting/polishing of fixture, vacuum cleaning, moping buffing and other cleaning activities.

Security Guards:

They assist the supervisors in security of premises, personnel and materials.

For security services, we follow modern security norms, which include use of licensed guns in providing necessary self defense training to our workforce so that they can easily handle the work demands.

Further, the training of our manpower is arranged as per the latest industry demands, which enable them to cope up any challenges efficiently. Further, the large database of manpower that we maintain facilitates us to meet urgent requirements of the clients.
