We have contemporary infrastructure fitted with advanced mechanisms to facilitate processing of stones to meet the increasing demands. Our world class machines result in faster processing hence shortening the delivery time. Some of the well known processing techniques that we implement at our factory premises are:

Polishing: This process is used to smooth or brighten the surface and increase the reflective quality and luster of natural stones.

Buffing: In this procedure, we use a non-abrasive pad attached to a machine, which rotates the pad in a circular fashion over the stone to produce a more reflective gloss on the surface of stone.

Honed: This procedure is implemented to grind a stone surface with a high grit material to a uniform specification without producing a reflective surface.

Calibration: We also conduct calibration process where we grind a stone surface with a high grit material to maintain the thickness variation.

Installation Services: We know that a poor installation of granites or marbles can simply ruin the quality of fabricated stone work. Working on this concept, apart from providing technical knowledge, we also offer proper installation service.

We also lay complete emphasis on the packaging of all our products. We have an in-house packaging facility which makes it possible for us to keep a check on the packaging stage and make sure that it is flawless. We use numerous packaging materials to ensure that the stone does not get chipped during the transit stage. At Shabhai Export, all tiles and slabs are packed in styrofoam boxes and are further packed into wooden crate. Polythene wrapper is made to cover the entire material inside the wooden crate. It is also to be noted that for random slabs, each slab is packed in a separate polythene wrapper, to avoid scratching of tiles and slabs which are packed face to face.
