Glycerin Filled Pressure Gauges are often classified as simplex or duplex, depending upon whether they measure one pressure or two pressures. A simplex gauge has only one Bourdon tube and measures only one pressure.

Gas filled temperature gauges are economical, rugged, reliable and accurate measuring instruments are made of bulb, transmitting capillary and flat bourdon or coiled bourdon tube which are pressure filled with Mercury / Inert Gas. The system is pressurized with Mercury/ Inert Gas. Variation of the ambient temperature are compensated by means of a Bi-metal link between movement mechanism & bourdon tube.

Advance Technology for Pumping Viscous Liquids
“Roto fluid” gear pump type “FTSS” is a self priming bi-directional, positive displacement rotary pump in all stainless steel (SS-316) investment casting construction with nitrided gear/shaft & dry – Teflon coated DU bush bearing requiring no lubrication. These pump are easy cleanable, easy maintainable in three piece construction. The back cover can simply be removed by four dom nut. The right angle mounting brackets facilitates foot mounting of the pump on base plate with electric motor of appropriate ratings.

             All Size of “FTSS” pumps are designed to run at 1440 RPM up to viscosity of 500 CST,for small size pump up to 1”can be the safely run at 1440 RPM even at higher viscosity up 1000 CST with additional horse power .For size above 1” reduce the speed to 960 RPM for viscosity up to 1000 CST.For higher viscous consult the manufacture to avoid cavitation &over loading problem.

Internal gear pumps are exceptionally versatile.  While they are often used on thin liquids such as solvents and fuel oil, they excel at efficiently pumping thick liquids such as asphalt, chocolate, and adhesives.  The useful viscosity range of an internal gear pump is from 1cPs to over 1,000,000cP. In addition to their wide viscosity range, the pump has a wide temperature range as well, handling liquids up to 750°F / 400°C.  This is due to the single point of end clearance. The internal gear pump is non-pulsing, self-priming, and can run dry for short periods.
