We use quality raw material which are procured from reliable vendors based at Bombay, Pune, Gujarat and MP. The sheet metal components are manufactured from strip section and wire in coil form, CRCA stainless steel, spring steel, copper, brass, phosphorus, bronze,GP sheet and aluminium bi- metal. Along with the mentioned products, we also undertake other projects and perform blanking at an angle 15 degree & holes being pierced m1.4 tapping, dia 1.33 hole (thickness 1.5 mm) & m2.6 tapping. Z bending is being done over 1.5 mm distance both planes being maintained in tolerance of /-0.05.

We have in house testing laboratory and have customized online gauges to control the critical dimensions. All parts supplied by us are used DOL (Direct on Line). The machine is capable of working on soft wires up-to 6mm wire diameter and for hard wires up to 3.5 mm diameter. Our technologically advanced machines can be used in making complex bends with high accuracy & repeatability. Moreover, batch processing with help of CNC incorporated in this machine is the main advantage of this machine.
