Quality Policy / ProcessesShakthi Abhiraami Enterprises gives top priority for the quality at all levels and follows a unique process of constant quality check right from the raw material to finished stage. Utmost care is taken at all the processing levels to ensure that only quality yarns and fabrics are produced to meet international export standards. Our yarns are contamination free involving vision shield machine in Blow Room Line and our Yarns are cleared in Autoconers using Siro Clearers. Shakthi Abhiraami Enterprises has the distinguished distinction of having its own team of qualified and experienced technicians to check for the quality of the Yarns / Fabrics at the place of Production in each and every stage of processing. Our yarns / fabrics are accompanied with Test Report from Govt. Accredited Testing Laboratories viz., Textiles Committee; SITRA ; Central Testing Laboratory of NTC, SGS (India) Pvt. Ltd., and other Accredited Laboratories equipped with UT-4 and recognized by the Govt. of India Quality Checks are being carried out at sample stage and random sample quality checks are conducted before loading of the consignment. In short we firmly adhere to the specifications of the buyer and do not compromise for anything below the specifications. The following Quality Parameters are checked in respect of Yarn:-
