About Us

SHAKTI Group was established in 1983 by Mr. Dilip Ramrao Janib & Mr. Vidhysagar Appa Narde which was later supported by Mr. Bhupal Narde, Mr. Jayant Jagirdar. Before the establishment both partners were doing job works for Kirloskar Brothers, Telco, Mahindra & Mahindra etc. In 1983 they launched the first 6” Submersible Pump in local market with brand name ‘SHAKTI’.
The success of the first pump and market demand inspire them to continue the production. The main motto of the company was to provide quality product and after sale service to its customers.

In 1989 the product was approved by BIS certification body. Later on the new range were introduced in its category such as 4” Submersible pump, Vertical Monoblock Submersible Pump, Mini Monoblock Submersible Pump, 8” Submersible Pump and Horizontal Submersible Pump.

Today Company has work force of 91 employees, which constitute of office staff, qualified engineers and factory employees. Company has all the facilities for design and development, fully equipped machine shop, assembly and latest testing facility for the entire range of pumps manufactured by us. ‘SHAKTI’ is registered with NSIC and DGS&D, New Delhi as a approved manufacturer. Organization has been certified as an ‘ISO 9001’ Company also approved in ‘MJP-A’ Category.

Today the organization has its good reputation in market for quality product and after sales services. The marketing department is supported by 100’s of Dealer’s all over Maharashtra and partially Karnataka and Goa.
