FDMS Rack Mountable
We manufacture FDMS modules rack mountable of the RC- Series . The fiber distribution modules are of 6F to 72 fiber capacities, suitable to mount on a standard 19" rack or an ETSI rack. These FDMS modules can cater the need of centralized availability of the large volumes of O. E cable with flexibility for configuration, relocation and testing. They are designed to terminate the loose tubes / transport tubes coming from the O. F. cable after fusion splicing of the fiber with the corresponding fiber of the pigtails. It also has the patching facility to connect the connectorised end of the FC/PC (or any other type) adaptors available on the adaptor mounting plate provided in the patching shelf. The number of splicing and patching shelves depends on the number of fibres in the optical fibre cable.

The FDMS modules rack mountable units come with the following components:

Splicing Shelf:
These are sheet metal shelves mounted on telescopic slides able to s lid e in the front direction and have sufficient storage space for loose tubes of the O. E Cable before they enter into splice trays/cassettes. Requisite no's of splice trays/cassettes are provided each having the capacity to hold 12 no's of spliced fiber joints. The splice trays are . made up of ABS .

Patching Shelf:
These contain required no's of FC/PC (or any other type) adaptors and sufficient storage space for storing extra length of pigtails/patchcords. They are mounted on telescopic slides able to slide in the front direction.

Type of splice trays/cassettes:
These are rectangular shaped moulded ABS cassettes mounted on the sliding shelf with hinge clipped method, suitable for easy installation and reworking with controlled min. bending radius 30mm.

Accessories: The FDMS modules are provided with all necessary accessories for splicing and installation in the field.

FDMS Wall Mountable
We manufacture FDMS wall mountable modules which are box shaped, sheet metal enclosures neatly powder coated suitable for wall mounting mostly useful wherever the user wishes to mount at a space constrained environment. Our FDMS modules wall mountable cater to both splicing and patching activities.

The fiber distribution modules are of 6F to 48 Fiber capacities. They are designed to terminate the loose tubes/transport tubes coming from the O. F: Cable after fusion splicing of the fiber with the corresponding fiber of the pigtails. It also has the patching facility to connect the connectorised end of the FC/PC (or any other type) adaptors available on the adaptor mounting plate provided.

These are compact & user friendly, customers may select various options like:
1. Double door with locking arrangement
2. Door with transparent sheet / glass
3. Single door with locking arrangement etc.
4. Very small and cost efficient for low Fiber terminations in building premises

We offer two series of FDMS modules wall mountable. These are:

RC Series:

Type of splice trays/cassettes:
These are rectangular shaped moulded ABS cassettes mounted in the box with hinge clipped method, suitable for easy installation and reworking with controlled min. bending radius >30mm. The models available in RC Series are upto 24 fiber capacity.

OC Series:

Type of splice trays/cassettes: :
These are oval shaped moulded ABS cassettes mounted on a universal mounting board in modular fashion with hinge clipped method, suitable for easy installation and reworking with controlled min. bending radius > 30 mm. The models available in OC Series are from 24 fiber to 48 fiber capacity.
Accessories: The FDMS modules are provided with all necessary accessories for splicing and installation in the field.

DDF Rack
We manufacture systems racks which are available in a variety of depths and heights tailormade to suit the practical- need /requirements with flexibility and reliability in all environments of network with outer width as 600 mm. Our rack systems rack compatible to IEC /DIN/ETSI specifications. Typical uses can be :
  • As a POI Rack for mounting SDH, DDF, FDMS Module etc. all in one rack for Railways/Basic Telecom Operators.
  • As an FDMS Rack for terminating very high density of Optical Fibers in a long distance /access network catering for splicing and patching activities/modules.
  • As a Systems Rack for other users housing a variety of instruments/systems needing dust free, lock & key type enclosure having corrosion resistance & grounding facilities; fan for cooling, MCB Box/DCDB, etc.

These racks are commonly manufactured with 19"/ 465 mm OR 21" /515mm horizontal pitch for mounting the equipments/modules having vertical pitch in multiples of 1 U. (1U= 44.45 mm) On demand this vertical pitch can be i~ multiples of 25 mm also.

These racks are made up of CR steel sheets and sections and has a front transparent door with lock & key. The rack is powder coated in siemens grey colour. All the three sides are covered and can be opened for installation and routing of the cable, loose tubes, pigtails and patch cords etc. This rack is provided with cable clamping/routing accessories, hangers etc. This may also have grounding strip for grounding it externally.

For high density O. F. cable terminations such rack of 2200 mm height can accommodate even 336 fibers with splicing and patching activities.

DDF Rack
We fabricate fiber distribution cabinets or patching cabinets which serve as an intermediate media between line side & equipment side of the optical fiber network. It connects optical line splicing / termination box on one side and on the other side connects to the optical line terminal equipment / OLTE.

This cabinet acts as a storage unit to store extra length of pigtails / patchcords. It also facilitates the testing of transmission lines and terminal equipment.

Technical Details:
Our fiber distribution cabinet with 24 F capacity is rack mountable & consists of a single shelf containing 24 nos of FC / PC adaptors. Shelf is fitted on telescopic channel which facilitate sliding in front direction for easy operation and maintenance. For small fiber counts only no. of adaptors pre-installed will change.

Height: 100 MM(Outer)
2U=(44.45X2)=90MM
Width: 440 MM
Depth: 275 MM

We fabricate silver line telecom shelters which are designed to provide controlled environment
inside them for housing equipments. These are capable of withstanding extremely harsh environment conditions. They provide completely modular, rigid and composite enclosure for housing the entire communication equipment for cell sites, broadband networks and other access network requirements. These can be installed on roof- top or on ground level at a communication station. These are easy to transport and quick to assemble and erect at site.

Panels are placed /joined together using tongue and groove joint and Cam locks provided are applied to obtain uniform continuity of structure. Rubber-silicon sealants are applied at the joints to now obtain moisture proof and air infiltration proof wall.

Sandwich panels are supplied with following skin options:
  • 0.5/0.6 mm Pre coated Galvanized Steel sheet
  • Bare or Zincalume sheets
